PAYMENT POLICY
La Pêche accepts Shopify approved payments, including ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, VISA/MC
Due to the custom nature of these goods, and time spent designing and embroidering, payment is due at the time the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of each service and product at La Pêche Keepsake Collective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is custom and can not be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
At La Pêche, every item purchased requires time to thoughtfully plan, design, and embroider. It is such an honor to create custom pieces for you and your family! Please proofread all spelling and typing for each order. Please also ensure you have entered the correct shipping information if you choose to ship.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. If you notice your item has been damaged, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping via USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. We also offer local pickup to customers near Glasgow, KY.

La Pêche offers nationwide shipping through the United States Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex.
La Pêche makes every effort to ensure our packages arrive prior to their estimated date. Due to the nature of the postal system and delivery companies, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
We understand how important the milestones are that we are creating pieces for and make every effort to ensure it arrives on time. However we cannot control extenuating circumstances once the package leaves our office.
If the estimated arrival date changes after it is handed over to the carrier system, that is unfortunately out of our control.
